Suitably qualified Caribbean Nationals are invited to fill the position of:
Sales & Customer Relationship Manager
Grenada, Eastern Caribbean
Reporting to the General Manager, this senior management position has responsibility for sales and marketing activities as well as management of the resort’s customer relationship programme.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked in a hospitality environment and be able to provide operational support which involves Duty Management on flexible shifts, including some weekends.
Minimum qualifications, previous experience and skills required:
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business Management (Marketing major).
- · At least 3 years experience in managing the sales and marketing activities of a 4 or 5 star resort.
- · Proven successful track record in increasing business through strategic activities.
- · Detailed, goal-oriented, and driven by the achievement of high standards.
- · Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills.
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- · Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes and database and email marketing tools such as ACT! and Constant Contact.
